Senior Level Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Level Designer based in Canada. This is an opportunity to shape high-quality gameplay spaces for a third-person multiplayer action game in a creative, remote-first environment.You’ll own levels from early concepts and blockouts through implementation, iteration, testing, and final polish.Your work will directly influence combat, traversal, pacing, player flow, and the overall multiplayer experience.You’ll collaborate closely with game design, art, engineering, audio, and production to bring compelling spaces to life.The role combines creative level design with hands-on implementation, scripting, debugging, and gameplay iteration.You’ll help create environments that encourage different strategies, player expression, replayability, and memorable gameplay moments.It’s an ideal role for an experienced designer who enjoys solving spatial and gameplay challenges while contributing to a collaborative development team.
