National Accounts Coordinator

As a National Accounts Coordinator, you will play a central role in coordinating service activities for major accounts across a distributed service network.You will manage work orders from initial service requests through completion, ensuring customers, vendors, and internal teams remain aligned throughout the process.The role combines customer service, service coordination, quoting, order management, invoicing, and vendor relationship management.You’ll work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential.You’ll also develop an understanding of warehouse equipment and service requirements to better troubleshoot and address customer needs.Success in this role requires strong ownership, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple active requests independently.This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones.
