Senior Backend Engineer (Python/Django)

The role combines hands-on backend engineering with software architecture responsibilities, particularly around operations, automation, and scalability. You will help strengthen engineering quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and modern development practices. Working closely with Product and QA teams, you will turn complex business requirements into resilient and maintainable solutions. You will also have the opportunity to tackle technical debt and performance challenges in a high-load environment.
