- The free plan includes 2 applications with the full review-first flow: resume tailoring, manual apply assist, view-only inbox, and 2 manual outreach sends. Cover letters and inbox reply are on paid plans.
- What is the difference between Starter, Pro, and Power?
- The free plan includes 2 applications with the full review-first flow (no outreach). Week ($5/wk) adds cover letters, auto-apply queue, and 10 applications/week. Starter ($15/mo) adds 40 applications/month. Pro ($39/mo) adds inbox forward, recruiter match, and 120 applications. Power ($89/mo) adds bulk approve and 350 applications.
- What is the difference between Pro and Power?
- Pro includes the auto-apply queue and up to 120 applications per month. Power raises that to 350, adds bulk approve, inbox automation, and a dedicated queue.
- Is monthly or quarterly billing cheaper?
- Public pricing shows monthly rates. Checkout also offers quarterly billing (e.g. Pro $39/mo or $99/quarter). Annual plans are not offered yet.
- What counts as an application?
- An application is counted when xapply submits your tailored materials to a job posting. Drafts, previews, and tailored resumes you review but do not send do not count against your limit.
- Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. Start on the free plan and move up when you need more applications.
- Do I stay in control of what gets sent on paid plans?
- Yes. Review-first is the default on every plan. Nothing submits until you approve the tailored resume, cover letter, and screening answers. Bulk approve on Power is optional when you trust the queue.
