The Service

xapply helps job seekers discover roles, tailor application materials, and submit applications after review. Features may change as we improve the product. Free and paid plans have different usage limits as described on our pricing page.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false credentials or invent work experience.
• Do not use the Service to spam employers or violate ATS or employer terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload malware or content you do not have rights to use.

AI-generated content

Tailored resumes, cover letters, and screening answers are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all materials before submission. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for subsequent billing periods.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by xapply. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xapply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for employer decisions related to applications submitted through the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or other users.
