Curriculum Integration Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst based in the United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for a benefits professional with the expertise to manage complex health and welfare programs in a large organization. You will serve as a subject matter expert across benefit plans, compliance, vendor relationships, reporting, and employee education. The role combines benefits administration, data analysis, HR technology, project coordination, and continuous process improvement. You will work closely with HR, IT, carriers, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and efficient benefit operations. Your work will directly support employees by making benefit programs easier to understand, access, and use. You’ll also help maintain regulatory compliance, improve integrations, strengthen data accuracy, and support major initiatives such as Open Enrollment. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical professional who can independently solve complex issues while building strong stakeholder relationships.
