ABA Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an ABA Recruiter based in the United States. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter to support high-volume hiring across designated markets. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offers, and candidate follow-up. The role focuses primarily on recruiting Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs). You will work closely with operations, HR, and local teams to understand staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines. Your work will directly contribute to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality services for children and their families.
