Fit score estimates how well your experience overlaps a role’s requirements, then flags weak fits before you spend an application.
Inputs
- Skills and title overlap
- Seniority and domain cues
- Risk flags (e.g. clear mismatches)
Limits
Fit is a prior — not a promise. Referrals, headcount freezes, and recruiter judgment still dominate outcomes.
