Wood Truss Estimator & Designer (MiTek)

We are seeking an experienced Wood Truss Estimator & Designer with extensive MiTek experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and estimating wood roof truss systems for U.S.-based residential and commercial construction projects. This role requires strong knowledge of structural framing, construction drawings, building codes, and truss engineering principles. The successful candidate will prepare accurate truss layouts, material estimates, and design packages while collaborating with customers, engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Location: Remote (Anywhere in the Philippines) Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Qualifications: ✅Minimum 2 years of experience designing and estimating wood truss systems for U.S.-based construction projects ✅Extensive hands-on experience using MiTek Structure (Expert level) ✅Experience designing roof truss systems ✅Strong understanding of residential and commercial wood framing ✅Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight bid deadlines ✅Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
