Lumber Framing Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lumber Framing Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for U.S.-based residential and commercial wood framing projects. The ideal candidate has extensive experience interpreting construction drawings, performing material takeoffs, calculating labor and production costs, and preparing bid proposals. This role requires a strong understanding of wood framing systems, building codes, and construction methods, along with proficiency in industry-standard estimating software. Location: Remote (Anywhere in the Philippines) Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Qualifications: ✅ Minimum 2 years of lumber framing estimating experience for U.S.-based residential and/or commercial wood framing projects ✅ Strong knowledge of wood framing systems and construction practices ✅ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications ✅ Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet tight deadlines ✅ Proficiency in construction estimating software ✅ High level of accuracy and attention to detail ✅ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
