Position Title: Project Manager Category: Project & Delivery Management Seniority: Senior Location: LATAM What you will be doing: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical initiatives focused on data engineering and analytics. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are well-defined, prioritized, and executed efficiently while serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Agile project management, excels at translating business requirements into actionable work items, and has a working understanding of the data engineering lifecycle to proactively identify risks, dependencies, scope gaps, and delivery blockers. While this is not a hands-on engineering role, familiarity with modern data platforms and engineering workflows is highly desirable. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience managing software development or technology projects. Proven experience managing Agile software delivery projects. Strong experience creating and managing: Project roadmaps Product backlogs Sprint plans Release plans Experience translating business needs into detailed user stories and actionable development tasks. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Experience prioritizing work based on business value, technical dependencies, and team capacity. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments. Soft Skills Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
