Senior Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote field-based role supporting customers across the New York City to Boston corridor.You will play a key role in validating Chemistry and Immunoassay diagnostic instrumentation and ensuring customers are ready to operate their systems confidently.The position combines technical expertise, laboratory knowledge, customer education, and hands-on problem solving.You will work directly with laboratory teams to conduct validation studies, answer assay and quality-control questions, and reinforce proper instrument operation.The role also provides broad exposure to clinical diagnostics, laboratory standards, and regulated healthcare environments.You will collaborate closely with technical support, field service, sales, and customer training teams to deliver reliable customer outcomes.With extensive travel and significant customer interaction, this opportunity is well suited to an adaptable professional who enjoys working independently while making a tangible impact in healthcare.
