Remote Teacher of the Visually Impaired (certification required)

Description $36-40 hourly. Rates are negotiable and subject to change. Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity. Hours vary throughout the day and week. Valid Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process. Teach the curriculum of the school on district virtual platform, attend district PD + faculty meetings, record student progress, and partner with in class facilitator who is physically in class with students.
