This fully remote, temporary role helps members find high-quality healthcare providers who match their individual needs, preferences, and coverage.You’ll manage concierge referrals from initial research through provider selection, scheduling coordination, and ongoing member support.The role combines detailed research, accurate data collection, communication, and service excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.You’ll work closely with Care, Clinical, Quality, Records, Scheduling, and Training teams to ensure members receive coordinated support.Success requires balancing speed and quality while maintaining rigorous service-level standards and attention to detail.You’ll also contribute ideas that improve workflows, efficiency, and the overall member experience.This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s healthcare journeys while developing expertise in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
