Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech) based in India. This is a product leadership opportunity focused on building and evolving internal HR technology for a global, distributed organization. You will own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap decisions across core HRIS capabilities, including Core HR and Time Off. Working closely with Design, AI-assisted Development, and business stakeholders, you will turn complex needs into clear, actionable product requirements. You will play a central role in improving B2B and administrative user experiences while ensuring secure, scalable, and intuitive workflows. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, launch, and user adoption. It is well suited to an independent Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and AI-enabled product environments.
