Position Title: Mid-Level Salesforce Developer Location: LATAM What you will be doing: As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across industries. You have solid working knowledge of Salesforce's technical domains — including programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations — and enjoy solving practical business problems through clean, well-structured code. You'll work closely with senior developers and architects to build and test custom solutions, contribute to technical documentation, and continue growing your expertise across the platform. Contribute to translating business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions Support the estimation of effort for assigned development tasks Participate in technical design discussions and contribute solutioning ideas Develop custom solutions and integrations under the guidance of senior team members Build and execute unit tests and test plans to ensure solution quality Participate in peer code reviews and apply technical best practices Stay current with Salesforce platform features and functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle Required Skills & Experience 2-4 years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on Apex and JavaScript development Solid Apex programming experience: core design patterns, governor limits, trigger handling, and unit testing Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Working knowledge of functional/technical tools: data modeling, security model, and flows Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and experience collaborating with other developers Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle Experience working within Agile teams Nice to Have Skills Exposure to Experience Cloud or common AppExchange solutions Familiarity with integration tools and ETL with Salesforce Exposure to Einstein or other Salesforce AI product capabilities Active Salesforce certifications, or actively working toward certification Soft Skills Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Clear written and verbal communication skills Proactive, ownership-driven attitude
