Marketing Manager

We want to hear from you if you have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, social media strategy, or audience growth, preferably in a digital media or entertainment environment required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of YouTube, social platforms, and newsletter distribution. High proficiency with Airtable. Highly proficient written and verbal communication required. Proficiency with Google Suite including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Forms required. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, analytics software). Experience in marketing for a mission-driven organization. Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to analyze and act upon social media metrics and sales/ revenue data. May be required to travel to Complexly office for marketing projects.
