Role Summary We're looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to support our growing Marketing Department across content, campaigns, creative production, and marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and develop across multiple areas of marketing. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Content Strategist, Designers, and Marketing Leads while gaining hands-on experience in branding, content creation, social media, campaign execution, project coordination, and AI-assisted marketing. Beyond supporting campaigns, you'll play an important role in keeping the Marketing Department organized by coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, managing marketing assets, and ensuring deliverables move efficiently through the team's workflow. We're building an AI-first Marketing Department, so curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies is highly encouraged. Key Responsibilities Assist with creating and editing marketing materials in Canva (social media posts, presentations, one-pagers, landing page assets, etc.). Support the Creative Director and Content Strategist with day-to-day marketing initiatives. Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal marketing activities. Organize and maintain the department's digital asset library, ensuring files are consistently named, categorized, and easy to locate. Update and maintain project progress in project tracking tools. Conduct research to support marketing campaigns, products, competitors, and industry trends. Proofread and format marketing content before publication. Track project timelines and follow up with team members to ensure deliverables stay on schedule. Help create and maintain SOPs, templates, training materials, and marketing documentation. Support recruiting and employer branding initiatives when required. Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, documentation, and administrative tasks. Take ownership of assigned work, communicate progress proactively, and identify blockers early. Required Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Canva. Comfortable learning new tools and software quickly. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change. Tools & Technologies Canva, Microsoft 365 AI Tools HIKINEX is building an AI-first Marketing Department. Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar AI productivity tools is highly desirable. We encourage continuous learning and experimentation with AI to improve efficiency and quality of work. Experience Required 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related projects. No formal degree required. Relevant experience, personal projects, certifications, or a strong portfolio are equally valued. Experience using Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
