Manager of People Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager of People Operations based in the United States. This role is central to creating a positive, consistent, and well-organized employee experience across remote and hybrid teams. You will serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees while owning critical People Operations processes behind the scenes. The position combines employee support with benefits, leave administration, HR systems, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. You will also help strengthen company culture through engaging offsites, virtual events, and initiatives that bring distributed teams together. Working closely with People leadership, internal partners, and external providers, you will have meaningful ownership over day-to-day People Operations.
