Inside Sales Representative - South Central

Position Title: Inside Sales Representative Job Type: Full Time Department: Sales Travel: Up to 10% Business Unit: Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma, a Division of Tiger Aesthetics Location: Remote - Candidate must be physically located the South Central region of the USA (TX, NM, OK, AR, LA) Reports To: SVP, Sales Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Purpose As Inside Sales Representative, you will play an integral role in promoting and selling the Tiger Aesthetics product portfolio to existing, inactive and prospective accounts within the Medical Spa space. This role will require a deep understanding of our aesthetics product portfolio and the ability to demonstrate and explain products effectively to potential clients. Responsibilities Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email, using provided leads to introduce Tiger Aesthetics products, from 75-100 calls per day Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Territory Manager for further development and closure Deliver persuasive product presentations outlining products, features and benefits Proficiently understand customer needs and the sales process through internal system Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals Foster lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape Demonstrate professional, compliant and ethical behavior during all customer interactions Conduct follow-up service calls with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction Responsible for meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets Perform additional duties as needed Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures. Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings. Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary Skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and organization Excellent written and verbal communication Highest level of ethics and integrity Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred At least 3 years of experience in sales or related field required, preferably in aesthetics, medical device or capital equipment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required Demonstrated customer service skills Strong understanding of aesthetics products and industry Competitive and results-oriented drive Clearance of favorable background investigation required
