Lavender is seeking a non-clinical, Exclusive Collaborating Psychiatrist who lives and works in Georgia to support our team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. In this fully remote, flexible 1099 role, you will not provide direct patient care, but will support our team through collaborative oversight, chart reviews, and regulatory compliance. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role ideal for a psychiatrist seeking non-clinical work with meaningful impact in a fast-growing digital mental health practice. The Opportunity Serve exclusively as a Collaborating Physician for Lavender, supporting our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners across the states where they practice Live and actively practice in Georgia Sign required state-specific collaboration documents for onboarding Nurse Practitioners Complete one quarterly chart review per NP (volume varies month to month) Deliver at least one virtual continuing education session annually Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements Provide timely feedback and maintain documentation standards Obtain and maintain additional state medical licenses as needed to support Lavender's growing practice (Lavender will cover licensure costs for additional states) What You Bring MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry Active, unrestricted medical license in Georgia and reside in Georgia Willingness and ability to obtain additional state medical licenses as needed Previous experience collaborating with NPs is strongly preferred Strong understanding of regulatory standards and collaborative practice requirements Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication Professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to high standards of care Why You Should Join Lavender Remote work with flexible scheduling Competitive compensation and quick invoice processing Be part of a mission-driven, fast-growing mental health startup Work with a caring, spirited, and inclusive team Help shape the future of collaborative psychiatric care In-person meetups and a strong sense of community Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion For more about what it’s like to work at Lavender, see our careers page at https://www.joinlavender.com/careers.
