Coder II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coder II based in the United States. This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced medical coder supporting complex orthopedic and procedural services.The role focuses on accurate medical record review, ICD-10-CM and CPT coding, billing data integrity, and regulatory compliance.You will work across practice management and hospital record systems to ensure procedures and patient information are coded appropriately.The position also provides an opportunity to collaborate directly with physicians and clinical teams on documentation and coding standards.Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to research complex or unfamiliar procedures.You will work independently while managing consistent coding volumes, quality standards, payer requirements, and timely turnaround.The role offers a collaborative healthcare environment with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
