Business / QA Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business / QA Analyst based in Brazil. This is a senior hybrid role combining business analysis, quality assurance, and Agile product delivery within a distributed international team.You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams, translating needs into clear and actionable requirements.The role covers the full product lifecycle, from workflow discovery and user stories through MVP delivery, testing, UAT, and post-release support.You will also help establish strong QA practices, design functional tests, manage defects, and identify opportunities for automation.Your work will directly contribute to delivering reliable digital solutions while keeping business priorities, quality standards, and project timelines aligned.The environment is collaborative, Scrum-based, remote-first, and highly international, with regular interaction across North American business hours.This opportunity is well suited to an experienced professional who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and quality-focused execution.
