Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and due diligence reviews. Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and internal controls. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide guidance and training to junior administrators. Collaborate with internal teams including Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Client Services. Coordinate with third-party service providers such as administrators, fund accountants, custodians, auditors, and legal counsel. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in fund administration, ETF operations, regulatory reporting, or related financial services roles. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; MBA desirable. Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and large dataset management). Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict regulatory deadlines in a high-volume environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external service providers. Why Join Us?
