Area Sales Manager- Mid Atlantic

This is a remote field sales opportunity focused on driving profitable growth across a defined Mid-Atlantic territory covering New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.The role combines technical sales expertise, strategic account development, and consultative solution selling across direct customers and distribution partners.You will build relationships with OEMs and machine builders, influence purchasing decisions, and help customers select or develop solutions for complex motion-control applications.Success will depend on expanding existing business, winning new designs, and becoming a trusted technical advisor to customers and channel partners.The position operates in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with engineering, product, manufacturing, customer service, and commercial teams.You will manage a strategic sales funnel, develop key account plans, monitor market trends, and translate customer needs into actionable growth opportunities.The role requires up to 50% travel and offers significant earning potential through a performance-based sales incentive program.
