And we’re looking for an Automation / Integration / Zapier Developer to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Map business processes and build automation workflows using triggers, actions, filters, paths, webhooks, and data transformations. Integrate SaaS platforms and APIs using secure credentials, validation, and error handling. Create and maintain workflows that integrate systems across multiple companies and business operations. Build AI-powered bots and automation solutions to improve company-wide workflows and communication. Integrate different systems, tools, and information sources into centralized and efficient workflows. Test workflows, monitor failures, troubleshoot issues, and manage workflow versions. Document workflows and create support procedures for ongoing maintenance. Gather and clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, technical constraints, and priorities. Build, configure, troubleshoot, test, and maintain systems and software relevant to the role. Work on automation initiatives across Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, and Construction operations.
