Job Title: Workday API Developer Location: 100% Remote (U.S.) Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually Experience Required: 6+ years Sponsorship: U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply. Job Summary We are looking for a Workday API Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. Required Qualifications 6+ years of Workday integration development experience. Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors. Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations. Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration. Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns. Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design. Preferred Qualifications Workday Pro Integrations certification. Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll. Familiarity with Workday Extend. Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
