Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Web3 Product Manager based in Ireland. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced product leader to own and grow a crypto-native product portfolio. You will lead product discovery, strategy, planning, and delivery across user-facing Web3 experiences. The role combines product management expertise with hands-on knowledge of payments, e-commerce, and blockchain ecosystems. You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, and operations across distributed teams. A key focus will be turning real user behavior and needs into practical products rather than following market hype. You will have significant ownership over product decisions, from research and specifications through launch, adoption, and iteration. The ideal environment is fast-moving, remote-first, collaborative, and focused on shipping products that create measurable user and business impact.
