User Growth Senior Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a User Growth Senior Manager based in Mexico. This is a senior, highly autonomous growth leadership role responsible for driving user acquisition, conversion, upgrades, and reactivation across Mexico, Argentina, and Chile. You’ll define the regional growth strategy while translating business objectives into measurable B2B2C marketing initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, from analyzing performance data to building campaigns and improving what is not working. You’ll lead and develop a regional team while partnering closely with senior Revenue and Customer Success stakeholders. AI is expected to be a core part of your workflow, helping accelerate analysis, reporting, research, and campaign development. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment where experimentation, ownership, and measurable business impact are highly valued.
