Total Rewards Specialist

This is an opportunity to support a global Total Rewards function across benefits, compensation, compliance, and employee experience.You will help administer benefits programs spanning APAC, EMEA, and the Americas while contributing to foundational compensation analysis.The role combines hands-on administration with data analysis, reporting, auditing, and process improvement.You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, external vendors, and employees across multiple regions.Accuracy, confidentiality, and strong data management will be essential when handling sensitive employee information and financial records.The position is well suited to an analytical HR professional looking to deepen their expertise in global compensation and benefits.You’ll also gain exposure to annual reward cycles, international programs, system improvements, and broader Total Rewards projects.
