This fully remote role supports the day-to-day operations of a high-impact assessment platform used by applicants pursuing education and professional programs.You’ll help prepare, monitor, and complete test cycles while ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.The role combines operational execution, applicant support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.You’ll work closely with support, customer success, product, and engineering teams in a collaborative remote environment.As you gain experience, you’ll take increasing ownership of test operations and contribute to new assessment experiences.The position is ideal for someone organized, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable using technology and AI tools.Professional fluency in both English and French is essential, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada.
