Test Craftsperson/Automation

You’ll own testing across the full software development lifecycle, working alongside developers in a continuous deployment model. The role combines functional testing, automation, programming, infrastructure, and close collaboration with product teams and clients. You’ll build and evolve automation frameworks while using AI responsibly to make testing faster, smarter, and more effective. Your work will directly influence product stability, user experience, and the predictability of production releases. You’ll be encouraged to apply Agile, Extreme Programming, and DevOps practices while continuously developing your technical craft.
