Description
Job Description Skilled Wound Care is looking for a warm and engaging Technical Project Manager who excels at bringing people and projects together. We need a natural communicator who can effortlessly bridge the gap between senior management's vision, software developer's intricate work, and IT staff's crucial support. If you're passionate about making technology deployments smooth, fast, and high-quality, and you thrive on clear, collaborative communication, we want to hear from you! You'll be instrumental in leading and coordinating the deployment of our development and vendor software solutions, especially those involving exciting AI initiatives. Requirements • Must be willing to work out of our Playa Vista office 4-5 days/week. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. • 3-5 years of Technical/IT project management experience in software development or deployment projects, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment. • 2-3 years of hands-on coding, development, or software engineering experience in any programming language. • Experience working within a software development/engineering department, including managing projects and resources in that environment. • Demonstrated experience managing vendor software integrations and deployments. • Proven track record implementing AI solutions in a business environment. • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and agile methodologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex technical information clearly to nontechnical stakeholders and executives. • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Chat, Confluence). • Experience in change management and managing stakeholder expectations. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification. • Familiarity with modern software deployment pipelines. • Experience working with data engineering or machine learning teams. • Experience working with healthcare software deployment. • Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance Protocols. Details • This position will be a full time position located onsite at our Playa Vista, CA office location. • Pay range: 125-150k annually, depending on experience/qualifications. • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance. • Generous 401k plan. • Paid time off and holidays. • Life Insurance. • Education stipend.
