Technical Lead, Machine Learning

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Machine Learning leader to help build production-grade AI systems from the ground up. In this role, you will transform advanced AI research into scalable, reliable solutions powering next-generation applications. You will own critical areas including model fine-tuning, inference optimization, ML infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and deployment processes. Working within a small, highly skilled engineering team, you will have significant technical ownership and influence architecture, engineering practices, and product direction.
