Tech Leader

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Leader based in Mexico. This is a high-impact opportunity to build and lead the technology function of a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer business in Latin America. You will initially operate as an individual contributor, gaining a deep understanding of the business, customers, and technology landscape. From there, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a technology team as the organization scales. You will help shape the digital roadmap, improve e-commerce capabilities, and enable teams across the business through technology. The role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with strategic thinking, analytics, automation, and process creation. Success will require strong ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, adaptability, and a relentless focus on measurable outcomes.
