Location: Florida (Remote) Schedule: EST Core Hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $35.29 – $37.00 per hour Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring initiatives by identifying, engaging, and pre-screening top talent. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who is passionate about finding exceptional candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to meet critical hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Source and attract qualified candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for active requisitions. Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings. Build and maintain talent pipelines using professional networks, social media, and sourcing platforms. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities. Support recruiting events, targeted hiring campaigns, and career fairs. Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within applicant tracking and CRM systems. Leverage market intelligence and sourcing data to provide recruiting insights and recommendations. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience. Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms. Experience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines. Experience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances. Strong candidate engagement and screening skills. U.S. Citizenship Required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments. Previous recruiting or sourcing experience within the aerospace and defense industry. Why Apply?
