SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant based in India. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional leading HR technology transformation initiatives. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and ongoing optimization. You will partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to align digital solutions with organizational processes and workforce needs. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale HR transformation projects within a global enterprise environment. You will combine strategic consulting expertise with hands-on system configuration, testing, training, and support activities. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven consultant who enjoys solving complex HR technology challenges and driving successful adoption.
