Strategic Account Executive, MarketScan

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Account Executive, MarketScan based in United States. This is a senior strategic sales role focused on helping pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations leverage real-world data, analytics, and evidence-generation solutions. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving renewals, expansion, and long-term revenue growth. The role combines consultative selling, executive relationship management, and deep understanding of pharmaceutical research and evidence-generation needs. You will identify new use cases across therapeutic areas and functional teams while expanding adoption of data, SaaS, linked-data, and research offerings. Success requires navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and translating sophisticated healthcare solutions into measurable client value. You’ll collaborate closely with product, analytics, research, delivery, and customer success teams in a remote-first environment.
