Staff Software Engineer, Orders Platform

This is a high-impact platform engineering role focused on the systems that orchestrate complex commerce workflows at significant scale. You will help shape the technical strategy for the full order lifecycle, from creation and payment through fulfillment, cancellation, and post-order operations. The role combines deep distributed-systems expertise with architectural leadership across multiple engineering and business domains. You will lead multi-team initiatives that improve reliability, correctness, scalability, observability, and operational safety. You will also help evolve platform capabilities for emerging AI and agentic commerce use cases.
