Staff Product Manager - WhatsApp

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager - WhatsApp based in India. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a mission-critical conversational channel for businesses worldwide. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and quality bar across messaging, calling, AI, onboarding, and monetization. The role combines deep product thinking with strong technical fluency, customer discovery, experimentation, and hands-on problem solving. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, finance, support, go-to-market teams, and external platform partners. Because the product depends on a third-party ecosystem, reliability, compliance, platform changes, and operational resilience are central to the role. You will operate in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where senior individual contributors have significant ownership and are expected to turn ideas into shipped products quickly.
