Staff Product Manager - Growth

This is a senior individual contributor opportunity for an experienced product leader ready to shape growth strategy and solve complex, high-impact product challenges. You will lead a senior product squad, connecting product strategy with business objectives and sustainable growth. The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, experimentation, and close collaboration across product, design, engineering, data, operations, and QA. You will own OKR planning and quarterly roadmaps while ensuring teams remain focused, productive, and aligned. You will also drive discovery, validate hypotheses, identify market trends, and translate complex customer needs into compelling product solutions. As a Staff-level leader, you will influence the broader product organization, coach developing product managers, and contribute to building a high-performing team.
