Sr UX Content Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. UX Content Designer based in United States. This is a senior content design role focused on shaping clear, trustworthy, and engaging digital experiences within a growing healthcare marketplace. You will influence how customers discover, understand, compare, purchase, and manage healthcare and financial products and services. The role combines UX writing, content strategy, behavioral science, and digital commerce principles to improve both customer confidence and measurable business outcomes. You will work across the full customer journey, partnering closely with design, product, research, marketing, legal, and business teams. Your work will help simplify complex information while strengthening accessibility, consistency, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and hands-on builder who uses research, data, experimentation, and emerging AI tools to continuously improve digital experiences.
