Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst

This is a senior analytical role focused on designing, administering, and continuously improving sales compensation programs that drive effective revenue behaviors.You’ll combine financial modeling, data analysis, systems administration, and business partnership to ensure compensation plans are accurate, competitive, and aligned with organizational goals.The role has broad visibility across Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, and senior leadership.You’ll own recurring payout processes while also contributing to plan design, forecasting, incentive modeling, and strategic compensation initiatives.Your work will directly influence sales performance, incentive effectiveness, payout accuracy, and the organization’s ability to make data-driven decisions.This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented compensation professional to improve processes, automate workflows, and bring greater transparency to complex incentive programs.The position is fully remote, with Dallas identified as a preferred location.
