Sr HR Systems & Data Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr HR Systems & Data Analyst based in United States. This is a senior HR technology role responsible for owning and evolving the systems, data, and operational processes that support People teams at scale. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now and the broader HR technology ecosystem. The role combines hands-on systems administration, data governance, automation, compliance, and technical project ownership. You will partner closely with People, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure HR data is accurate, secure, and actionable. You will also identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the employee and manager experience.
