Sr Gas-Phase Polyethylene (GPPE ) Process Technology Design Engineer

Our partner is looking for a Sr Gas-Phase Polyethylene (GPPE) Process Technology Design Engineer based in the United States. This is a senior technical engineering opportunity focused on advancing and supporting gas-phase polyethylene process technology.You will provide specialized expertise across plant startups, reactor performance, process design, technology development, and continuous improvement.The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership across projects, proposals, licensed facilities, and global technology offerings.You will use plant performance data and advanced modeling techniques to refine reactor models and optimize process performance.The position also involves developing cost-effective CAPEX and OPEX improvements while maintaining safety, operability, intellectual property, and performance requirements.You will collaborate with project teams, technology partners, and international stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective application of core technology.This contract engagement is well suited to an experienced GPPE specialist who can independently solve complex engineering challenges and contribute to high-value process technology initiatives.
