This role is an opportunity to join a collaborative talent acquisition team supporting recruitment operations for major global clients.You will specialize in sourcing and screening talent within the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on US recruitment.Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.The role combines market research, digital sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and client-facing delivery.You will manage multiple requisitions while using databases, job boards, social networks, and advanced internet research to uncover qualified and passive talent.Success requires strong communication, organization, persistence, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, international environment.This is a hybrid opportunity in Hyderabad, with evening hours aligned to North American time zones.
