This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity for a technically strong manager who can lead high-performing teams while remaining deeply engaged with architecture and complex technical decisions. You will operate at the intersection of people leadership, product delivery, scalable system design, engineering excellence, and AI-powered development. The role requires translating business and product objectives into practical technical strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans. You will guide teams in building reliable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance systems across modern web and cloud technologies. A major focus will be establishing AI-first engineering practices that improve developer productivity, delivery velocity, and software quality. You will partner closely with Product, Design, DevOps, Security, Data, and other technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
