Service & Support Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service & Support Engineer based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on technical service and support for advanced industrial additive manufacturing equipment. You will work directly with customers to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems. The position combines field engineering, customer service, technical problem-solving, and equipment expertise in a highly practical environment. You will play a key role in keeping customer operations running efficiently while delivering a high standard of technical support and responsiveness. The role involves close collaboration with customers, internal technical teams, solution centers, and service organizations. It is well suited to a self-motivated engineer who enjoys working independently, solving complex equipment issues, and learning new technologies. This is a home-office-based position with extensive domestic travel, typically ranging from 75% to as much as 90%.
