Senior UI/UX Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Brazil. This is a high-impact design role focused on building and scaling a unified design system across a global SaaS product portfolio. You will combine hands-on design expertise with strategic influence, creating reusable components, design tokens, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards. Working closely with product designers and front-end engineers, you will help bridge the gap between design and implementation. You will also establish governance, documentation, and contribution practices that enable teams to work consistently and efficiently. The role offers the opportunity to shape design quality across multiple products while mentoring other designers and influencing technical and product decisions. You’ll join a distributed, collaborative environment that values autonomy, continuous learning, and thoughtful design.
