Job Title Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are looking for an elite-level Salesforce professional who has mastered Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud and can own the full Salesforce ecosystem end to end. This is not a generalist role — we need someone who has built, scaled, and optimised complex Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud environments at enterprise level, knows every corner of the Salesforce platform, and can lead strategy and execution without hand-holding. If you have to Google the basics, this is not the role for you. Key Responsibilities - Own and lead the full Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce - Architect and deliver complex Marketing Cloud solutions including journey builder, email studio, automation studio, audience segmentation, and personalisation - Design and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, identity resolution, and activation - Build and manage data streams, data model objects, calculated insights, and activation targets within Data Cloud - Lead enterprise level implementations and integrations across the full Salesforce platform - Define and govern data strategy, data quality, and compliance across all Salesforce clouds - Act as the senior technical authority and point of escalation for all Salesforce related matters - Partner with marketing, sales, and technology leadership to drive platform strategy and roadmap - Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Salesforce team members Required Qualifications - 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with deep expertise across the full platform - Advanced, proven expertise in Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder - Advanced, proven expertise in Data Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation - Experience delivering large scale enterprise implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds - Multiple Salesforce certifications required including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud credentials - Proven ability to lead platform strategy and architecture with full autonomy - Strong written and spoken English with executive level stakeholder communication skills - Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect or Consultant certification - Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification - Experience with Agentforce, Interaction Studio, or Salesforce CDP - Background in enterprise data governance, compliance, or regulated industries - Experience with API integrations, AMPscript, SSJS, or SQL within Marketing Cloud Tools & Technology - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio) - Salesforce Data Cloud - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce - REST and SOAP API integrations - Google Workspace - Slack, Zoom, and remote collaboration tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
